Once a player is added, you’ll see the icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

In the top-right corner, you’ll see which button you need to press on your controller next to JOIN SPLITSCREEN.

To play split-screen on PC, you’ll need two controllers or two wheels.

If Time Trial appears to be grayed out, the game has registered that there are two players and you’ll know you’ve entered split-screen mode. You’ll each get a message letting you know that the other player has joined the game.From the DIRT 5 menu, all players must hit the touchpad on the controller at the same time.Heads-up that you’ll need at least two player accounts created on your console and a controller assigned to each player. Make sure the console is picking up both controllers and that the PlayStation symbol light is lit for both players.Split-screen won’t work on PlayStation 5 unless every player’s console is online and every player completes the first tutorial race.Each player must complete the first tutorial race.Make sure you have two-player mode enabled.
